Custom Wooden Tags - 1.5x0.5 inch - Holographic or Regular

❤️HOW TO ORDER:
Select the Pack Size and Wood Type of your choice. If you have a Logo please email it to me at [email protected]. Black and white high quality logos (line art, silhouettes, or simple images) in SVG/PNG/JPG work the best.

If you don't already have a logo, no problem! In the PERSONALIZATION FORM below you can make your selections and enter the text you would like on your tag. If this is a Reorder you can simply select the "Yes" option on the form and enter your logo name in the Tag Text field.

All options are in the photos.

Please include all requested info to prevent delays. A tag proof will be sent for approval before the order is cut. I will attempt to reach out for a response 3 times for an approval on the tag proof. If there is zero response after those attempts I will proceed with the design I have.

❤️PROCESSING TIME:
Your tags will ship within 5-7 business days after purchase. (make sure to approve your tag proof in a timely manner so this time frame can be met)
