Chicago Screw 2.75x0.85 Custom Logo Faux Leather Tags
❤️HOW TO ORDER:
Select the Pack Size, Color of your choice, and whether you want the Screws included or not from the drop down menus. (If you are using your own screws, please note that these are sized for 5mm Chicago Screws.) If you have a Logo please email it to me at [email protected]. Black and white high quality logos (line art, silhouettes, or simple images) in SVG/PNG/JPG work the best.
If you don't already have a logo, no problem! In the PERSONALIZATION FORM below you can make your selections and enter the text you would like on your tag. If this is a Reorder you can simply select the "Yes" option on the form and enter your logo name in the Tag Text field.
PLEASE NOTE that you will still need to check out through your Cart after submitting the Personalization Form. Submitting just the form does not complete the transaction.

Please include all requested info to prevent delays. A tag proof will be sent for approval before the order is cut. I will attempt to reach out for a response 3 times for an approval on the tag proof. If there is zero response after those attempts I will proceed with the design I have.
❤️These are fold over Chicago Screw/Rivet tags. Personalize your finished products with these no sew vegan faux leather tags! The tags are laser engraved and cut, so the edges won't fray. Since they are engraved, there is no ink involved, so you don't have to worry about the design fading. They are also safe to be washed and cleaned.

Your tags will ship within 5-7 business days after purchase. (make sure to approve your tag proof in a timely manner so this time frame can be met)
❤️EXTRA CHICAGO SCREWS FOR LAYOUT OPTION 6
If you are using Layout Option 6 and are needing a screw on each end, you will need to purchase additional screws! The included amount (if a pack with screws is selected) comes with enough for the tags to be folded over and use with one screw. However, if you want the tags to lay flat with a screw at each end, you will need double the amount of screws.

❤️NOTES AND FAQs:
-Chicago Screws are not recommended for use on baby or small children's items as they can be a choking hazard.
-All of our tags are laser engraved, so there is no ink involved.
-Please make sure your shipping address is correct before order completion. I am not responsible for incorrect addresses.
-Silver and gold logos/text with a thinner font/line do not always come as as crisp as the other color choices. Please be aware of this possibility and order accordingly.
-If you need changes to your tag proof, that is perfectly fine! I don't have a limit on proof changes, so don't be afraid to ask. :)
❤️IMPORTANT COLOR INFORMATION:
Colors may vary from online to your product. Different computer monitors can affect how colors appear online due to screen color calibration. I do my best to represent the items' true colors, but it will never be completely perfect due to the difference between screen monitors and real life. Please consider this information when making any purchase.
